Our Mission
To support and empower children and their families through their medical journey.
From diagnosis, through treatment and recovery, we provide faith-based support as we walk alongside families through the life-changing events of having a child with a medical condition.
We create custom Warrior Dolls to help children better understand their medical treatment, provide Go-Bags to newly diagnosed families, and donate toys to brave hospitalized children.
Our Story
Why We Give
Our story begins in December of 2017 when our son Henrik was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at the age of 4 years old. He began treatment immediately at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota. After several months of treatment and many rounds of chemotherapy Henrik was still not in remission. The next course of treatment was a bone marrow transplant at Mayo hospital in Rochester, Minnesota. On August 3rd, 2018 Henrik's little brother, Harrison, gave him the gift of life, as his bone marrow donor. Both Henrik and Harrison are happy and healthy today. They are best friends and true blood brothers.
Our experience with cancer was eye-opening and life-changing. We experienced firsthand how treatment affects the whole family and the financial burden it brings. We were so grateful for our friends, family and community embracing us with love, prayers, and support and we knew when we got through our journey, we would give back. Our experiences helped us learn just how we would help future families.

What We Do
Warrior Dolls
A Warrior Doll is a medical play doll that is customized to the child’s needs. The doll is made to match the child with the same lines, tubes, scars, etc. This helps to teach them about their treatment, discover through play, and empower kids by embracing their differences.
